How long does a custom build take?
Tier 1 delivers in 5 business days. Tier 2 in 10 business days. Institutional and enterprise builds take 2–3 weeks. You receive a draft for review before final delivery.
What do I need to provide?
For curriculum integration: your syllabus, learning objectives, and key topics. For custom persona builds: a description of the role, who uses it, and key use cases. We guide you through the brief after you submit.
What platform does it work on?
All LOADOUT custom builds work on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and OpenClaw. No subscription required beyond the user's existing AI account.
Can we update the persona after delivery?
All builds include a 30-day revision window. Institutional and enterprise licenses include quarterly updates. Additional updates outside the revision window are available at an hourly rate.
Do you integrate with our LMS?
LOADOUT personas are PDF files users install into their AI of choice. No LMS integration required. Students drop the file into a conversation and say hi. That's it.
